Aircraft

Kopterworx Hammer X8

Super heavy lift drone fitted with the Movi Pro gimbal. Capable of lifting anything we throw at it this aircraft truly is the Hollywood heavy lifter, if we can balance it we'll fly it.

 

DJI Inspire 2

Comes with either the DJI X5s camera shooting ProRes and RAW footage in 5.2k quality or the x7 super 35mm, ProRes 444 in UHD and RAW in 6k. Both cameras also accept a variety of lenses so shooting smooth 90mm (X5s) footage at up to 60mph is possible!

DJI Inspire pro/raw

Comes with DJI's X5 camera which is similar to the GH4 with its 4K quality. We also operate the Inspire RAW camera.

Freefly Alta 8

 The ultimate drone for lifting top end cinema cameras like the Alexa Mini and RED Weapon. Although not as heavylift as the Hammer X8, this drone flies for just over 10 minutes with an Alexa mini and gives the smoothest flight a director could wish for. It's our prefferred heavylift.

Freefly ALTA 6

Our preferred payload is the Movi M10 with RED Epic Dragon achieving flight times of around 11 minutes. With a lighter A7Sii we can fly for 23 minutes!

Always wanting to get the most out of our equipment, our Movi Pro works perfectly on our FlowCine Black Arm providing perfectly smooth and stable tracking shots from the front or rear of a vehicle. We have high speed vehicles available too, fast looks fast!
Seamless transition from drone to tracking takes less than a couple of minutes.

 

The car can achieve speeds of up to 60mph although 30mph is much safer, especially with heavier payloads such as the RED Epic, Arri Alexa Mini or Phantom slow motion cameras. For best results, we suggest a medium payload such as a stripped down RED Epic or Canon 1DX adding weight with the lens.

Cameras

RED Epic Dragon is the pinacle of drone filming cameras. Used extensively for large cinema films, flying one of these on the Movi M15 is a privalage. Used for the best results aerial filming has to offer. Can be fitted with lens control.

Sony FS7, a high end 4K cinema camera to fit on the Movi M15 gimbal. Can be flown on our ALTA with lens control for some stunning cinematic results.

Sony A7Sii is a brilliant 4K full frame sensor camera that fits perfectly on our Movi M5 gimbal. Great for grading with the Sony FS7.

Panasonic GH4 is a 4K camera with a micro 4/3 sensor. Grades easily and well with the RED Epic. Fits on the Movi M5 gimbal.

Arri Alexa Mini, another amazing cinema camera right at the top of what's achievable with a drone. Fitting this onto our Movi M15 produces some of the best results in the business. Can be fitted with lens control.

Black Magic Cinema Camera, the bigger brother to BMPCC however the BMC has a 4K sensor recording internal RAW files. Fits on the Movi M15 gimbal and lens control can be added.

Canon 5Dmk3 features a full frame sensor and 1080p video. With it's 22.3mp sensor we use this camera for still images. Fits on Movi M5.

Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera, an amazing 1080p camera capable or recording in RAW or ProRes format for super gradable footage.

 Our Redrock Micro follow focus system is fantastic for remote operation on the drone or ground gimbal with a range of 500+ meters. We also have the fingerwheel control for single operator focus on the Movi.

 We have a number of the Small HD DP4 Monitors, they are light weight, reliable and bright enough for daylight viewing.
